Yoga Builds muscle strength

When your muscles are strong, they do more than just make you look good. When they are in good condition, they protect us from back pain and arthritis, and for the elderly, help to prevent falls. When muscles are strengthened through yoga, you also gain flexibility as well. Working out at the gym, lifting weights, may be able to build your strength, however, needed flexibility is ignored.
